CEO Bill Hornbuckle tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal that NoMad Hotel inside the Park MGM could reopen separately.The resort in the center of the Strip hosts Eataly at the front with its Italian steakhouse Manzo, as well as chef Roy Choi's Best Friend, Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar, La La Noodle, Primrose, and NoMad Restaurant and NoMad Bar at NoMad Hotel. Other closed nightlife venues include On The Record, Mama Rabbit with its collection of mezcal and tequila, and Juniper Cocktail Lounge with a wide range of gin on the menu. The Crack Shack at the front of the resort reopened on August 1.All closed in March when Gov. Steve Sisolak ordered all nonessential businesses including casinos to shut down to prevent the spread of COVID-19.…

Patricia Spencer, head of the Metropolitan Police Department's downtown area command, addressed the media Tuesday afternoon to discuss the multiple events along the city's tourist corridor over Labor Day weekend.On Friday alone, downtown area command arrested 28 people and issued 27 citations.
